T. B. Maston Foundation Awards Dinner Scheduled for November |
| Please mark Friday, November 4, 2011, on your calendar. Every 2 years, the T. B. Maston Foundation holds a dinner to honor a person whose life and work have exemplified the Christian ethics taught and lived by T. B. Maston, as well as to recognize Maston Foundation scholarship recipients, if any. This tradition began at the first dinner in 1987, at which Dr. Foy Valentine was honored with the T. B. Maston Christian Ethics Award. This year, the Foundation will meet for dinner on Friday, November 4, at Wilshire Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, to honor Dr. Weston Ware with the T. B. Maston Christian Ethics Award. Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Javier Elizondo, vice-president of Baptist University of the Americas in San Antonio. Details for ordering tickets will be announced in September. |
